Customer Reviews
Decent food, slow delivery
I purchased some Pferdefleisch für Allergiker and a bag of Kauartikel for my sensitive dog. The quality of the meat was very good, and my dog tolerated it well, which is always a concern. The Kauartikel were also a hit. However, the delivery took longer than I expected, about 7 days to get to me, and tracking updates were a bit sparse. It arrived well-packaged though, with everything still frozen. The website was easy to navigate, but I wish there were more express shipping options for specific items.
Solid BARF options
I placed an order for various Frostfleisch items, including Geflügelfleisch and some Lammfleisch, plus a BARF-Zusatz. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, though a bit clunky on mobile. My package arrived well-insulated and everything was still completely frozen, which was a relief since it took 5 days to reach me in Arizona. The meat quality seems excellent, my dog transitioned to it without any issues. I had a question about one of the supplements and their customer service responded within a day. Overall, a reliable source for raw food.
Good value for new customer
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a good deal. I managed to get a welcome discount, which made my purchase of a BARF-Starterset and some Rinderpansen quite affordable. The shipping was also free on my order, which really helped keep the total cost down. I felt like I got a lot for my money, and my dog is enjoying the food. It felt like a smart choice for my budget.
Quick order, good quality
Ordered some Muskelfleisch vom Rind and some Lachsöl. It arrived quickly and was still frozen solid. My dog really likes the food. Good quality product.
Got some treats and food
Just got my order from Tackenberg, picked up some Hundesnacks and a bit of Welpenfutter for my new pup. The snacks are a hit, she goes crazy for them. The puppy food looks good too, she's eating it fine. It all came pretty fast, and everything was packed nicely. No complaints, it was a good experience.
Great quality BARF
I ordered some BARF-Frischfleisch and Muskelfleisch vom Rind for my dog, and she absolutely loved it! The quality was really impressive, very fresh looking. Delivery was quick, came perfectly frozen. I will definitely shop here again, and I've already told my friend who also raw feeds her dogs about Tackenberg.

Are there any deals for first-time buyers? Thinking of trying out a few things for my picky cat.
Thinking of ordering some of the raw stuff for my dog, but worried about it arriving defrosted. How do they ship frozen meat?
